Rodan + Fields® Prescription for Change® Foundation Announces Latest Charity Partnership
with Dallas-Based Non-Profit Attitudes & Attires

San Francisco, Calif. — February 5, 2013 — Rodan + Fields Prescription for Change (PFC) Foundation (www.rodanandfields.com/Pages/Giving-Back) continues to expand its charity outreach nationally with the announcement of a new partnership with Dallas-based Attitudes & Attires, a non-profit agency dedicated to promoting personal and professional growth for women seeking self-sufficiency. Announced today at Rodan + Fields Annual Convention held this year in Dallas, Attitudes & Attires becomes PFC's sixth Partner Center throughout the country.

"We are delighted to be partnering with this incredible agency whose mission to help empower women is parallel to our own," said Amnon Rodan, Chairman Rodan + Fields. "This latest partnership gives the Rodan + Fields team the opportunity to have a positive effect on those living in the Dallas area, a location very near-and-dear to the hearts of many Rodan + Fields' Independent Consultants."

Through targeted workshops, Attitudes & Attires provides the tools to raise self-esteem, promote ethics and build the confidence necessary for women to develop successful life and job skills. The Attitudes & Attires™ Boutique provides professional clothing and accessories, as well as volunteer image consultants to assist clients in choosing a working wardrobe. The agency also offers Hopeful Smiles - a program that donates free dental care to clients whose smiles have been damaged by poverty, neglect, violence, & illness - and Best Foot Forward - a program that supplies new, professional footwear to women so they can start their interview process off on the right foot.

"We are honored to have been chosen to partner with Rodan + Fields," said Lyn Berman, Executive Director of Attitude & Attire. "Our missions are closely aligned: to make life better for women seeking self-sufficiency."

To launch this partnership, Rodan + Fields will hold a special "Set for Success" personal coaching workshop on February 6th for Attitudes & Attires graduates. Rodan + Fields founders, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, along with top Rodan + Fields Consultants from across the country, will discuss how healthy skin habits can help women put their best face forward. They will also share their expertise on interviewing skills, as well as give tips on how women can present a professional image in the workplace.

The PFC Foundation supports all partner centers with an annual financial donation and is continually exploring opportunities to expand its reach to support and grow the number of partner centers nationwide.
